Don't Cut Back on Dairy

The amount that you eat is not necessarily representative of your store of calcium. People should definitely not, I tell people not to cut back on dairy, particularly unless you have a lot. Oxalate is often a bad party in that rather than the calcium. We get, we don't get all like oxalate, but some of it comes from, it can be in the diet. It's something that people might want to go to and reducing the diet.
