Is There a Penalty to Infertility in Numbers 5?
Trent: Eugard doesn't have a high regard for the intellect of the people of West Virginia. But I don't think that he's getting his Bible scholarship quite right, Trent says. The idea is, Numbers 5 allegedly provides a test to determine if a woman has committed adultery. And so many people when they read Numbers 5, especially if they read it hastily or not carefully, they think that the punishment is that the woman will miscarry. So notice, Si, maybe you can see there's a giant leap already, even if he was, right, which he is not.
