For a long time you were a meal plan guy, like you structured people on six small meals a day. When did you make the transition to now what you teach people, which is cavalry tracking and makerel tracking? You can push back against some negative adaptations by eating three times a day or less. Now that's not at all metaboically beneficial; it's slowing down your meta rate. But when we look at other factors, if maybe people really thrive off of that sike,.
