Make eye contact with our audience because it's true. I mean, people can't help but respond even kind of subconsciously. They'll cross their arms or look down. And that'll be a direct response to what you're saying. So we can get a barometer of how we're doing and maybe what we're doing wrong by looking at our listeners, our audience. That's the first tip.
