The idea of a set point theory came out, like 19 53, by a researcher named kennedy. Lipo atic means that, like a thermostat, the amount of body fat that you have is regulated in some way. So if you go above your set point, ok, sweet. Now we're going to make you make make yourself fuller and move more efficiently. And the opposite, go below it; this model's like 70 years old now,. but it was largely until the nineties, when people are identified with hormonally master controller. It's one of the first very initiating things that leads to all the other changes that occur in the body.
