Virus was not simply the flue. And what we kept doing was reaching for an analogy to something it wasn't. None of the analogies worked, because we didn't build the intellectual space for something new. We have an idea, ikyou and i are both of an age that we were born a good deal. I don't think this society would be capable of fighting a world war too.
