The Importance of Data in Commercial Real Estate

Data is only as good as the people who are actually working with it and interpreting those results. A lot of times assumptions can be made because I don't necessarily have the background that somebody who's an expert in the commercial real estate business might have. So data is not supposed to be a roadmap to the goldmine. It's supposed to be an addition that'll help you get their maybe quicker, find an insight or something that you're not necessarily thinking about.
