A lot of these general partners this year have been riskier than they should. They've taken floating rate debt, which is kind of like a big no-no, at least in my book. And I think those are going to be the tough questions you need to ask kind of going forward. You know, towards the end of the year or even early next year when it might be a better time to get into the asset class.
