We don't have the ability to detect patterns early enough, because we are so consumed with what is happening around us every day that we can not really see those patterns. Jol: The very mediocre people were the ones who guarded their knowledge as if it was something that it was so special; they actually wanted to throw things out at you and start a conversation which helps them discover other things too.
