How to Be a Better Manager at Ketlep

Every week, we had one hour meeting of ik learning about lk management and different trades of a manager. We have had the small groups, we had resources. And so there was a lot of support in that regard, from a resource perspective. i think after five or six months, we also had initiative to for new managers, and actually existing managers as well, like to become a better manager. It's so nice you see other perspectives. Everyone has different issues to have to deal with. Thust as wenie, but so this is more crowd knowledge, right? So that you have to pick up yourself and then look around.
