If you spend three to four hours having fun with women, sometimes you'll make mistakes. At the end of that conversation, the girl's going to be much more attracted to you than she was before. For me personally, if I have a kind of confidence crisis and like I'm prepping for an intimidating public talk or whatever, it helps me personally to do something I'm good at - swim in the hotel pool.
