The Washington My Health, My Data Act
The Washington My Health, My Data Act is a bill that has now passed both houses of the Washington State Legislature. It's expected to be science when we'll become law. Proportantly is focused on filling gaps left by the federal HIPAA law. In past years, there have been concerns raised that there's an awful lot of health data being processed outside the scope of HIPAA and other scenarios.
