Leadership Still Matters

This is a time as a leader to be exceedingly human, to be vulnerable and human with people. It's not about having all the answers or knowing what's going to happen next. It's about being vulnerable, not having all the Answers and going to your people anyway. This is a time to spend a lot of time talking to people about how they're doing.
