The Importance of Sleep Vacations
When you experience chronic sleep loss, your perception of how much sleep you need becomes altered so that you don't even really understand how much sleep that you need in a sense. And very importantly, you cannot perceive your sleepiness. So coming back to this idea of a sleep vacation, would the idea be to just sort of sleep as much as you possibly could or to sleep more?
