How to Develop a New Habit

If you repeat a behaviour enough times and frequently enough, your brain learns how to pretty much altimate most of it. You don't have that sort of negotiation with yourself in your mind about, oh, shall i do that to day? Can i be bothered? So the aim is to add this thing into your life style so that it's part of that habitual routine. But to get there, you have to go through this sort of pain barrier of it being full of effort, and conscious effort at that. And after that, things will get easier.
