Is There a Housing Bubble?
A common concern among investors is whether we might now be another housing bubble like we saw back in the mid two thousands. Back then, you could borrow much higher loan of value and didn't need anything for down payments. The banks, i think i held firm in terms of requiring that down payment. Now there just isn't as much capital leverage to the us. Housing market has nothing like the same sort of edifice of derivatives built upon it.
