The Benefits of Caffeine

Caffeine has a quarter life of 12 hours 10 to 12 hours. If you drink coffee at nine in the morning, at nine o'clock at night, you've still got a quarter of that caffeine in your system. I'm really not convinced that coffee is a net positive for humans. But if you're not sleeping ideally and you're not waking up feeling like amazing, maybe cut it down or get rid of it.
