The Role of Genetics in the Food Industry

I think people are now accusing the food industry of behaving rather like tobacco industry did in the 1960s trying to cover up the evidence. I think there's a fundamental difference between food and tobacco. Tobacco is toxic. Food is not. We have to eat something. But I think the food industry does encourage us to overeat, especially with soft drinks which has moved into areas where tobacco once dominated.
