The Benefits of a Time Block to Do List
A time block to do list with a Google Calendar has been so helpful to me. I also pad it because hello, you know, life happens. And then I allow two to four hours of Wiggle Room. If we pre-decide how we're gonna spend our time and then we just follow that time budget, basically is what my time block todo list is. It feels like I have so much more time and I'm able to be a lot more present for my life.
