Is Liz Truss Really a Prime Minister?

The day Liz Truss beat Rishi Sianak was the day Conservatives lost election. MPs who worked with her were not under an awful lot of illusions. You just thought this is a party off in La La Land. It's completely lost touch with what the rest of the country wants. Then it proved really. We had six weeks that you look back and think, was that an anxiety dream? Was this just really prime minister? Did she really wipe billions of pounds off the economy in about half an hour?
