The Initial Reaction to the Fed Minute Drop

The initial react is reacting to the FOMC minute drop. People interpreted that cumulative type language and that they're willing to change their monitor stance as dovish. Then when Powell started speaking at the press conference, he got really hawkish on it. That's when markets fell. So I don't know when I also, when I see moves like this from the fed, from the fed press cuz it's not based on fundamentals.
