Is It Really a Big Problem?
i was perhaps mistaken under the impression there ws an awful lot of this stuff being taught in history, about colonialism and slavery. S back in my day, when i was growing up, i only knew three minority people. So we didn't have any real models back then. We have fewer now, seemingly, despite the larger numbers. I think one of the thing's the term i would have responded to when melony talked about the 35 % of consultants. When i arrived as a keynote speaker, i doubled the minority population of that room.
