The Importance of Authentic Brands in the Playboy Brand
Ben Cohen: The logical buyer of at least the Playboy brand and licensing business would be someone like an authentic brands group. He says it's kind of mind-blowing when you think about the Playboy brand, the implied value of the brand in this amalgam of assets. Cohen: If they can't locate any sellers on terms that they find agreeable, it's entirely possible that Rizvie decides to keep this in public markets. And we'll have some additional dilutive equity raises until market conditions improve.
