How to Buy a Business?
The typical investor is a lemmy or a follower. The smart thing to do is to think about the top three to five industries, businesses, geographies that you really know. Go find unsexy things in those areas, and go by companies that have those problems. Because you, as the owner, will be able to fix those companies, grow them, get the return on investment.
