I've only traveled to the United Kingdom once and it was maybe six or seven years ago. New Zealand being a relatively new nation, albeit with the moldy people have been here for over 800 years. And I got a sense when I was visiting my uncle in Farnham, looking at the cobbles on the streets and just realizing that there were hundreds, maybe a thousand years worth of footfall on those cobbles.
