Boomer Rensor: Elon Musk is typifying this. He just moved his engineering headquarters back to Palo Alto because he hates California. There are some good things to it as well, but the main thing that I feel is you don't have any influence over how they affect their culture. The city has two real goals, which is to create opportunity and to create community. And in terms of creating opportunity, we're doing a wonderful job.
