How Much Protein Do You Eat Per Day?

For most people, what i recommend is one gram of protein per pound of gold body weight. I generally probably end up with a hundred and 50 to 200 grams of carbohydrate to day. And i think i'm usually in the ball park of it might vary day to day, a hundred and 20, 280 grams of fat.
