The Effect of Bank Runs on Assets
A bank run is a combination of the different factors, so it's your deposits and their structure. It's also your assets, including both loans and securities. What you don't want to do is combine long-term mortgage-type stuff with securities. If they went out and loaded up on securities and held them to maturity, I would not be worried.
