What Makes a Great Researcher?
The end-to-end paper ended up being, it's like my second most cited paper. It was also rejected from RSS and NURIP. We finally submitted it to JMLR and got 10 reviews, which isn't really appropriate. One thing that I've found is that if you write a title and abstract that doesn't have the keywords in it, then you sometimes don't get the reviewers who know the fields.
