One last night that we had almost kind of had like a green goddess type of flavor and it's you know you're paying homage to the farmers that way. The beef tartar with the cracker the wagyu tartar sandwiched between still warm squidting crackers little miso mayo misomayo to hold it all together. We should see how many of those we can eat in one sitting that would be a nice test A nice snack bag would be a side of the squab confit legs oh god!
