I think that's where innovation is good for banks because if there's a new asset class that comes along, it's kind of exciting and new. People are willing to pay more on fees for those. If you're selling equity, the bit off the spreads almost zero if you're trading with an institution. And this is one of the ways in which cryptocurrency could affect things like money market funds. Or vice versa, you could get volatility spilling from money market funds into stablecoins.
