Do Not Let This Slow Down Because I'm Out of the Office

i tend to endto project anxiety and stress to get things done. It's not because i like power, it's because i'm trying to essentially simulate direct control when there are other intermediaries between what i want to happen and me. I think i've chilled out a little bit partly because of paul,. frankly, a paul very much. Sort of evens it out, cause he'll sayrme, he could hear me rant for ten minutes, and then he'll turn to me and say, everythin's going really well. And then i want to just jump through the slack and punch him in the face.
