In your new book, you talk about selling yourself on a bad decision. Can you explain the dynamic behind it? Cause that is so true. In the book, basically what i do is provide readers with five questions to ask every time they're making an important decision. And one of the most portant thing, especially leadership, for us to get in the habit of telling ourselves the truth because we would never hire a liar.
