How to Build Relationships With People

I am massively disappointed just day to day, just with, and not at Grenad, but just, you know, car dealerships. And it's just staggers me how bad a lot of the service is. So I think, yeah, just do what you say you'll do, do it well and do it. The best you'll ever do. We can all do it. You can't be kind of likable all the time. But it amazes me that people are just knobs and don't know they're being knobs. To be honest, James most of the time. No, he's not,. he's not a knobs.
