Jane Austen's Thinking Like an Economist

Jane Austen was from gentry, kind of lower gentry levels. So she sounds like an economist there to my mind because economists are quite proud of the fact that they can make dispassionate arguments about anything. I mean, I would simply say that these ideas were floating around,. But also at the same time, in the book I argue that a lot of slave folk tales talk about game theory and it's all like slaves were in touch with David Humor.
