Scrum Masters - How to Create the Stabilization
The first thing you can do is acknowledge how crazy everything is trying to pretend like stuff is normal or like, it's all going to be okay. The second thing I would say to do is set expectations around the team. This is the time to protect them. We talk about Scrum Masters as the shield sometimes to teams, but you need to actually do that when the going gets tough.
