The Language of a Bully
The most detrimental forms of microaggressions are usually delivered by well intended people. It's basically saying your disability is defined as a lesser in all aspects of physical and mental functioning. Aggression has a lot to do with bullying when it's never realized or never put forward to help that person improve their life. And so this form of language is a way that they can reinforce that they have power. We're going to discuss how we do this at work and then we'll talk about how the receiver can help another person change their language.
