Using a Fuzzy Expert System for Land Valuation
The main downsight of this model is that it relies on a whole lot of subject ive expert opinion. That said, it can be cheaply deployed in a transparent and consistent way across a large area. You can see why that's attractive for a developing nation with weak institutions and poor market transaction records. I wonder how well this model fors when you feed at better market transactions data,. How that would compare against all the other methods under identical conditions. More research is needed.
