A lot of great founders live in the present, and so they project forward for the present. But a lot of people living in the future, who have a good vision there, are not effective at coming back to the present. You've got to be able to speak the language of both types of people and find a way to unify them. That's really rare skill. I always say, for the exceptional people, you should never have a budget.
