There are many ways to get in touch with your patterns. But the ego doesn't really want you to know what these patterns are, because if you knew what the patterns are, guess what you'd do? It's th it's the belief in the real y of the past that generates the guilt. And then, as jesus says, history would not exist if you didn't keep making the same mistake in the present. So i'm like saying, why don't we get really interested in the present moment? If that's the escape hatch? Why would you put time and effort in the defence and not give your efforts to the escape hatch?"
