The neediness in the sale actually pushes the sa away. Stop trying to get rid of impostor sindrome and get good at it, he says. If you feel impostor cinderam, that's great. That tells me you're heading in the right direction. E say, do more of it. Get good at it. But you've got to see that you've got a trat record behind you. You are not a baby coach. And once in a while i'll meet someone has done a degree in coaching straight out university, and they're 21 years old. They're not my people. I don't know how to help those people to succeed.
