"It's good to want to succeed at whatever it is we're doing. We don't want to become like somehow an anti-idea of success," he says. "I've come to think that even the idea of like wanting to have status isn't necessarily a bad thing." Having an important role in society being looked up to is 'hugely important' for men and women, she adds.
