The Dynamic of Laziness in Families
When it lives in families at a kind of relatively low, but destructive level, it is a laziness. It's an unconscious laziness. She won't ask for help until she is so resentful when she says, well, i think somebody else should do this, just for once. And then she readopts the position of being the primary caretaker. The resentment becomes the central way that everybody communicates. Makes people feel taken for granted, unappreciated and selfish. As a therapist, i'm saying, be sad. It's a really important emotion. Cry it out. Rgani: 'There's always somebody who will exploit you'
