Mortgage Rates Are Rising So Fast, Right?
The total cost of housing went up so fast because home prices accelerated 2020, 2021 and early on in 2022 as well. And then you have the biggest spike in mortgage rates in recent history. The key is to find where does the housing markets stabilize before we talk about a rebound or anything like that. But we are so low in sales right now that it creates a very, very low bar.
