The Battle of North Cape - A Great Story

There's a great story during the battle of northcape, of a sailor called larry fursland. His generator was essential it during this battle in which belfast was engaged with the sharnhorst. And very soon into the battle, when one of the broadsides went off, his cooling system failed. What he did was he took the fire hose salt water and forced the connection to get the water circulating again. So his generator stayed cool.
