The Reverse Narrative of Teacher Professional Autonomy

The more guidance we give teachers, the less professional there are is a trope. In doing that, and systems have been saying, I think we don't respect the expertise required in education. Anyone who really understands the expertise required to do everything would never say that one person could do it all. It's just a really, really weird way of looking at it.
