The Dangers of Democratizing Open Source

The AMR was released under a non commercial license and it got leaked. So even the meta started issuing corporate infringement requests and take down requests. It's still out there. And since then meta has been putting out statements to talk about why they think this is going to empower a lot of research use and everything. They haven't exactly talked about the dangers of democratizing open source, LMM, so to speak.
