How to Raise Capital From Non-Accredited Investors
When anything can be tokenized, like what we're saying is you can start a business that is not yet even a business and you just tokenize it. It's the same as in a traditional world where you have an idea and you go and pitch a bunch of VCs and they give you a seed raise. Most of those, 99% of those businesses, those endeavors don't work out. If you are investing in one of these things, there's a really good chance you're going to lose your money.
