southwest airlines is a company known for humor, right? And how a company can be that big and be known for humor? You know, it it is though. It's all local. See, they tell their people, you do it. They don't have a policy. At southwest, they say, make fun of yourself and have fun. When it goes too far, they go, well, that's what happens when you have a fun company.
