Southwest Airlines - Make Fun of Yourself and Have Fun

southwest airlines is a company known for humor, right? And how a company can be that big and be known for humor? You know, it it is though. It's all local. See, they tell their people, you do it. They don't have a policy. At southwest, they say, make fun of yourself and have fun. When it goes too far, they go, well, that's what happens when you have a fun company. We'll rain it in every once in a while, but we're not going to punish people for being silly.
