4PC is the mastermind group that I run for really high performers. We have artists in there, we have entrepreneurs in there, leaders in there. The entrance requirement is that you should feel a little bit in awe of us and we should be in awe of you. And when you think that thing that you're up to looks impossible, looks challenging, you're surrounded by people who are doing things that look more impossible than what you're doing. So suddenly the bar is raised on what's possible for you and it works exactly the same in the other direction for everybody else.
